Cats and dog with their mendicant master on Place de la Madeleine this afternoon.
Ok, this is very cute and clearly cats rule (obvs) but it brings to mind a question that I always have when passing “mendicants” on the street. How is it possible that they have such well-groomed and seemingly healthy animals (pets?) with them? IDGI. This isn’t a judgment, I just honestly want an explanation. I mean I suppose I can come up with a very cynical answer, but …
