So I’ve decided to stay home in Paris this holiday weekend while DD visits his extended family in Lorraine. Since starting my new job, I haven’t had any “me” time and I felt like it was overdue (especially since DD will have plenty of “me” time while he’s on vacation next week). I feel a little guilty about it, but I’m also really looking forward to catching up on my rest, my TV shows, fashion week(s), and maybe even an exhibition or two!

I seem to have done something to my back, for which I am NOT thankful because it hurts. A lot. Thus I’m going to keep this short and sweet: thank you 2012 for being such an amazing and life-changing year. Merci mille fois.
